Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Visa Consultant / Immigration Advisor to guide individual and corporate clients through the complexities of visa and immigration processes. You will serve as the primary advisor on visa requirements, eligibility, and application strategy for destinations across Asia, the U.S., and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess client eligibility and recommend appropriate visa pathways
2. Guide clients in document collection and application procedures
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations for multiple countries
4. Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities
5. Support clients during consular interviews and appeals if needed
6. Coordinate with legal and documentation teams

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in visa or immigration services
2. Strong understanding of U.S., Schengen, and Asia-Pacific visa systems
3. Excellent communication and client service skills
4. Fluency in English required; additional language is a plus
