Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney (Of Counsel / Contractual) to provide expert legal guidance on complex immigration cases. You will support clients—individuals and corporations—in navigating U.S. immigration law, offering strategic advice, legal filings, and representation when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advise clients on employment- and family-based immigration matters (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, EB-5, etc.)
2. Prepare, review, and file petitions, applications, and supporting documents
3. Represent clients in immigration interviews and proceedings, when required
4. Provide risk assessments and legal strategies on case complexities
5. Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and regulations
6. Collaborate with internal visa consultants, paralegals, and external stakeholders
7. Work on a project or case basis, maintaining ethical and professional standards

Qualifications:

1. J.D. degree and active license to practice law in the U.S. (good standing)
2. 5+ years of experience in U.S. immigration law, especially employment-based cases
3. Strong research, drafting, and client advisory skills
